Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. What you are paying for

Subscriptions pay for access to the IPTV Spree player software and related cloud features (pairing, encrypted credential storage, licence management) on a specific Samsung TV device. You are not paying us for television channels or video content.

2. Free trial

New devices may receive a free trial (currently 30 days unless stated otherwise on the website). At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using licensed cloud features. If you do not subscribe, cloud pairing and subscription-gated features will stop — you may still use manually configured playlists if the app allows offline/local entry without cloud.

3. Billing

  • Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled.
  • Yearly plans renew annually until cancelled.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe on iptvspree.com when you scan the payment QR on your TV or visit the payment link.
  • Prices include applicable taxes only where stated at checkout.

4. How to cancel

Contact support@iptvspree.com with your TV device ID (DUID shown in the app or payment page) and the email used for payment. For Stripe-managed subscriptions, we will cancel future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise required by law.

5. Refunds

Except where required by consumer law:

  • Monthly subscriptions: generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. We may offer a pro-rata or goodwill refund at our discretion for service faults on our side.
  • Yearly subscriptions: if you cancel within 14 days of purchase and have not materially used the service, you may request a refund under UK/EU consumer cooling-off rules. After 14 days, yearly plans are non-refundable except where law requires or we agree otherwise.
  • Duplicate charges or technical errors: contact us within 30 days for correction or refund.

Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

6. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank without contacting us first, we may suspend the associated device licence while the dispute is investigated.

7. Changes to pricing

We may change subscription prices for new purchases. Existing renewal pricing will be communicated in advance where required by law or payment processor rules.
